Collection of class fees does not cover programming costs. Families are welcome to make a tax deductible donation towards sponsorship of another ECFE participating family.

Classes run the whole year unless specified. Fees are collected fall and winter for the first and second semesters.

Refunds will be made through the third week of class.

A 10% surcharge will be applied to families who are not St. Paul residents.
