ECFE NEIGHBORHOOD SITES

Saint Paul's Early Childhood Family Education program offers open enrollment to our age-specific classes at 15 locations throughout the city. These sites also offer additional classes which focus on the needs of a specific group or of the neighborhood population.

ECFE offers open enrollment, which means every ECFE class is open to all Saint Paul residents. You may find a class that suits your family's needs at a site outside your neighborhood. If you would like to view a complete list of classes offered through ECFE and where they are offered click here.

In addition to its neighborhood sites, ECFE offers classes in infant parenting, family literacy and adolescent parenting to the residents of Saint Paul. For more information on these classes click here
